The Tango Networks Communicator is a professional communication tool designed to extend the functionality of your corporate desk phone to your mobile device. Compatible with Tango Networks’ Hosted or on-premises Accelerator server software, it provides advanced voice and messaging features tailored for business use. Please consult your company's IT administrator for account setup and connectivity details.

The application offers several notable features:

<li>Short Code Dialing: Simplifies dialing colleagues’ extensions when away from the office by allowing you to dial short codes directly from your mobile, just as you would from your desk phone.</li>
<li>Identity Management: Enables flexible caller identity presentation, allowing you to display your enterprise number to colleagues and clients, while showing your personal mobile number to friends and family. This can be configured through server policies or on a call-by-call basis via an app interface.</li>
<li>Policy Rules: Facilitates the activation of different server-side policy rules based on your status or preferences. For example, an 'out of office' or 'do not disturb' policy can automatically be enabled during non-working hours.</li>
<li>Corporate Directory Lookup: Provides convenient access to your company's directory for quick one-touch calling or emailing, eliminating the need to remember internal numbers.</li>
<li>VoIP Calling: Supports voice calls over Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G networks, which can be especially advantageous when traveling internationally or when cellular minutes are limited. This feature enables placing and receiving calls via data connections, bypassing traditional voice minutes.*</li>
